What membership asks of you
- About ten hours a week. Training, preparation and the work between sessions.
- Three months, minimum. Nothing meaningful shows before then.
- A willingness to be measured. Personally, numerically and visually, every two weeks.
- Billed monthly at R9 999 until graduation from Integration.
